On July 18th, the 400000 tons/year organic silicon new material project of Hubei Xingrui fully started trial production, with stable progress and smooth feeding. This project adopts advanced fluidized bed monomer synthesis equipment and innovates a new process of dimethyl low-pressure hydrolysis, which can produce a variety of high-quality siloxane like products. At the same time, the project has partnered with leading domestic suppliers of intelligence and information technology, relying on advanced technology to achieve a two-way breakthrough in product energy consumption level and intelligence level. It is reported that the 400000 tons/year organic silicon new material project of Xingrui Company (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xingfa Group) covers an area of 358 acres and has an estimated investment of 2.505 billion yuan. It is a key project in Hubei Province and will start construction in March 2022. The construction includes two sets of 200000 ton/year monomer synthesis units, one set of 400000 ton/year monomer separation, dimethyl hydrolysis, chloromethane synthesis, silicon powder processing, waste gas incineration, high boiling cracking and low boiling disproportionation main units, as well as supporting public and auxiliary facilities such as tank farms, warehouses, circulating water stations, refrigeration stations, fire pump rooms, etc
At 9:00 am on July 15th, with the issuance of the "ignition" instruction by the project production leader, the automatic operation program of the equipment began to start on the computer display screens of the first group of 5 PVT furnaces, marking the successful ignition of Inner Mongolia Saisheng New Materials Co., Ltd.'s (hereinafter referred to as "Saisheng New Materials") annual production of 800 tons of silicon carbide particles project, and also indicating the milestone transformation of the project from a "construction site" to a "factory" during the construction period.
The annual production of 800 tons of silicon carbide particle materials project by Saisheng New Materials is a key investment attraction project in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in 2023. It is also one of the "source network load storage integration" projects of Hesheng Silicon Industry's layout in Hohhot, and the first industrial project invested and constructed by Hesheng in Inner Mongolia.
