Yesterday, Shandong monomer factory finally changed its direction, and DMC price rebounded to 17500 yuan/ton, a small increase of 100, taking a step on the way to stop the decline and rebound. However, yesterday, the leading monomer factory poured cold water on the newly rebounded market and started the whole line downward again. DMC fell 300 yuan to 18500 yuan/ton, still 1000 higher than the low quotation, which is difficult to stimulate a deal! The most uncomfortable thing was that the raw rubber dropped by 400 yuan to 19000 yuan/ton, which made the rubber mixing plant feel embarrassed when it reached the bottom at midnight last week.


Silicone oil and 107 glue: At present, DMC rebounded at a low level, but the main force broke the market again, and silicone oil and 107 glue also adjusted downward. 107 glue: the quotation of 107 glue ton barrel of the leading factory dropped to 18300 yuan/ton, which continued to be linked with DMC. Other monomer factories just dropped to 18600~19000 yuan/ton, and had to keep up. From the perspective of the upside down pattern, 107 glue stocks are abundant, while the downstream silicone glue market has limited advantages. It is only two working days before the festival, and the just needed stock has been completed in succession. It is difficult to stimulate the downstream bulk stock.


Silicon oil: As for silicon oil entering the second half of the year, domestic and foreign demand declined rapidly. First, foreign silicone oil was largely ceded to the market. Last week, the silicon oil of leading factories fell to the low price of the year, but the sharp margin did not reverse the decline, and the shipment was still not ideal. The conventional vinyl silicone oil of the leading factory dropped by 1000 yuan to 20500 yuan/ton yesterday. The mainstream quotation of methyl silicone oil is 21000~22500 yuan/ton. As the profit hit the bottom, the shipment was also blocked. Some silicone oil enterprises reduced their output and even had a holiday in advance.


Cracking material silicone oil and 107 glue: previously, the price of new material was reduced, and the waste silica gel recyclers also continuously reduced the price, with the raw edge price falling to 6800~7200 yuan/ton. Now, the new material has only slightly rebounded, and the heart of the waste silica gel to catch up with the rise has revived. However, with the price reduction of the leading monomer factory again, the rise of the waste silica gel has stopped. However, the cracking feedstock enterprises are still trapped in the cycle of production reduction and loss making shipment. At present, the price of silicon oil for cracking feedstock is 19500-20500 yuan/ton (excluding tax). It is expected that in the short term, the cracking material enterprises will remain at the edge of the market, with small single and single transactions as the main part, and still fantasize about a low rebound. Recently, the bottom reading will be reaped again, and the shuffling out is caused by such repeated misjudgments.


On the whole, the DMC market is at a low level and the main force has fallen again. The last two days before the festival are still turbulent. The situation of the silicone market is not clear. Some downstream enterprises have just needed to stock up. If there is no big stimulus, it is not expected to stock up again in batches. The single factory is faced with double pressures of loss and inventory removal, and is in a dilemma! The hope of the third quarter has been dashed. Can there be any hope for the fourth quarter?
