On February 10th, Xiaolan Town in Zhongshan, Guangdong Province held a concentrated groundbreaking ceremony for major projects in the first quarter of 2025, marking the official start of the construction of major projects in Xiaolan Town after the Spring Festival holiday. Among them, the research and production base project of Lansheng's high-end silicone new materials has attracted much attention.
Liu Shihe, Chairman of Lansheng Technology, stated that the Lansheng project is the second project developed by the company in Zhongshan. It took less than half a year from intention negotiation, listing for sale to land acquisition and construction, fully reflecting the pragmatic service concept and good business environment of the local party committee and government.

It is reported that the Lansheng project covers an area of 30 acres, with a planned total investment of 250 million yuan, and will construct a high standard factory building of about 70000 square meters. The project will introduce internationally advanced research and development, production, and testing equipment, and establish a scientific, rigorous, and efficient R&D center technology innovation platform and production base.
The project is expected to reach its peak by the end of this year and undergo trial production in the second half of 2026. After reaching production capacity, it is expected that the annual output value will reach 400 million yuan and the annual tax revenue will exceed 20 million yuan. The production of the Lansheng project will help enterprises accelerate the research and application of high-end organic silicon new materials, achieving new breakthroughs in multiple fields.
In addition, Lansheng Technology has filed two silicone product construction projects in 2024, with investments of 5 million yuan and 250 million yuan respectively, further expanding the company's production scale and research and development capabilities.
