Therefore, the mainstream monomer factory could only temporarily operate stably, and DMC still reported 17000 yuan/ton. In the short term, the monomer factory is still concerned about the mid and downstream stock situation, and will adjust at any time according to the inquiry image. It is expected that the decline of the silicone market in 2022 will end.


Silicone oil and 107 glue: In the first two weeks, a wave of just needed inventory was prepared in the downstream, and the current demand was far less than expected, which seriously affected the market confidence. Therefore, the upstream and downstream areas were simultaneously closed, and there was no room for price adjustment. This week, the price of silicone oil remained at 19000~20000 yuan/ton, and the price of 107 glue was 17000~17500 yuan/ton. From the supply side, as the last round of order receiving has eased some of the inventory pressure, the current willingness of silicone oil and 107 glue to stabilize prices remains unchanged, but the downstream companies will wait and see again after stocking up, and the monomer plants will again face the risk of stock accumulation.


Foreign brand silicone oil: With the resumption of production in Zhangjiagang, the low price orders have been delivered successively before, and the on-site supply has returned to the low price relaxed state. In order to recover the funds at the end of the year, the agents actively let the profits to ship as soon as the low price source arrived. At present, the quotation of foreign brand silicone oil has fallen back to 21000~22000 yuan/ton.


Cracking material silicone oil and 107 glue: the new material is stable, and the cracking material is still flat when pressed by the demand. The waste silica gel recyclers are mixed with it, which naturally can not cause any waves. In addition, the storm of "Little Yang People" has hit, and the waste silica gel enterprises have slightly shaken their high expectations after the year. As the silicon product factories have also entered the holiday state, they focus on the collection, procurement and war epidemic. The disposal of waste silica gel will be carried out after a basic year. At present, the rough edge quotation is temporarily stable at 6200~6500 yuan/ton. Cracking material enterprises are still the same. They have the desire to reduce the stock, but no one is willing to accept the offer. In the case of "a pool of stagnant water" in the market, the price of cracking material silicon oil remains 16500~16800 yuan/ton (excluding tax).


From the demand side, the long-term macro benefits can not save the current reality of "no one cares". Only driven by the emotional side, demand comes and goes in a hurry. From the current demand, logistics is becoming less and less. Downstream, from keeping orders to keeping employees, it is difficult to construct outside the home, and the terminal consumption is further suppressed. Many silicone glue enterprises said that it is difficult to move, so it is better to use static braking, and the year-end stock is greatly reduced.


On the whole, the silicone workers in 2022 are really a little hard. They are preparing for the year-end sprint stage. Under the attack of the "little yang people", they have to continue to carry on the heavy load. They are busy reducing the load while they have to prepare the goods.
