Industrial silicon


Xin'an has an existing industrial silicon production capacity of 100000 tons, distributed in Yunnan, Sichuan and Heihe. According to the company's demand for 490000 tons of silicone monomer production capacity, the company still has a small gap in industrial silicon self-sufficiency. Therefore, in addition to the existing industrial silicon production capacity of 100000 tons, another 100000 tons of industrial silicon project in Yanjin, Yunnan and 32500 tons of industrial silicon project in Pingwu, Sichuan are under construction, At the same time, the company is also actively expanding external cooperation opportunities to further improve the upper limit of industrial silicon capacity.


With the gradual implementation of industrial silicon projects, the company will fully realize self-sufficiency in industrial silicon next year. In the process of gradually increasing industrial silicon production capacity, in addition to meeting the supply of self used silicon powder, the company is also actively expanding in-depth cooperation with polysilicon and silicone monomer enterprises to ensure that it will continue to grasp the initiative under the changing industry environment.

Trichlorosilane


Xin'an has an existing capacity of 80000 T / a of trichlorosilane, which is distributed in the subsidiary Kaihua synthesis and Zhenjiang Jiangnan. Kaihua synthesis mainly focuses on the supporting production of silane coupling agent, and about 20000 tons are used for export. The 25000 tons of trichlorosilane unit in Zhenjiang Jiangnan is expected to complete the technical transformation of photovoltaic grade trichlorosilane before the end of the year, and all will be used for foreign sales after completion.

Silicone industrial adhesive


Zhejiang Lide, the holding subsidiary of Xin'an, is one of the organic silicon terminal carriers. Its industrial sealant products are mainly used in photovoltaic, new energy batteries, LEDs and other fields. The company can provide customers with overall solutions for the whole industry chain of photovoltaic and new energy batteries such as photovoltaic modules, inverters, energy storage, charging piles, new energy vehicles and so on.


The company has the guarantee of high-quality and stable raw material supply of the group and can quickly respond to customer demand. Since this year, the company has developed very fast, and the annual revenue is expected to be more than 200 million. At present, the new capacity is under construction and is expected to reach more than 60000 tons / year by the end of next year.


In addition, the company has a production capacity of 200000 tons of phosphorus trichloride. The cooperation with polyfluorodox is an important attempt based on "phosphorus".
