Qiya Xinjiang Group recently announced that it will build the world's largest organic silicon monomer project in the Wucaiwan Industrial Park in Zhundong, with an annual production capacity of 1.6 million tons. This project adopts internationally leading technology and has the world's largest single set of synthesis, distillation, and hydrolysis equipment, and is equipped with a methylchlorosilane synthesis reactor to ensure raw material supply. Based on the existing coal electricity silicon methanol industry chain advantages of the group, the project constructs a fully integrated production system through independent supply of core resources such as coal, electricity, quartz ore, metallic silicon, and methanol.

This resource synergy effect not only enhances cost competitiveness, but also promotes breakthroughs in production processes, achieving closed-loop production from basic raw materials to high-end silicone products. As a key layout for the strategic upgrading of the group's silicon-based industry chain, the completion of the project will reshape the domestic organic silicon industry pattern. Through technological integration and economies of scale, its subsidiary group is not only enhancing the international competitiveness of domestic organic silicon products, but also further moving towards the goal of becoming a "global top comprehensive raw material supplier".
The launch of this project marks a further enhancement of China's organic silicon industry's position in the global market. With the continuous advancement of technology and expansion of scale, Chinese silicone enterprises will have the ability to compete with top companies in the global market and promote the transformation and upgrading of the entire industry.
