Recently, the domestic organic silicon market has experienced a comprehensive rebound, with prices of various categories soaring. Among them, DMC, as an important monomer of organosilicon, has been raised to a high ex factory price. Multiple first tier individual enterprises collectively raised their quotations, promoting the market to form a consensus on price increases.

According to industry insiders' analysis, the current price increase is mainly driven by the dual factors of demand side repair and supply side tightening. The demand in downstream photovoltaic, new energy, construction and other fields is gradually recovering, coupled with the launch of traditional peak season stocking, driving the growth of organic silicon consumption. At the same time, some companies' early load reduction operations have led to low inventory levels, and industry production cuts and maintenance have also tightened supply.
In this context, the main facilities in Shandong, North China, and Central China have maintained reduced load operation, and many enterprises in Southwest and Northwest China have also joined the production reduction sequence. The industry's operating rate has fallen below 65%, and the inventory cycle of mainstream individual factories has been compressed to 7-10 days. The elasticity of spot supply is approaching zero, further supporting price increases.
In addition, the stabilization of raw material prices such as industrial silicon has provided solid support for the cost of organic silicon. Currently, the price of organic silicon has fallen to a nearly three-year low, and the expansion of industry losses has forced production capacity to be cleared. The expansion of applications in emerging fields on the demand side is accelerating, and the process of supply-demand rebalancing may be faster than expected.
