One month later, on the eve of the new year, 300000 tons of silicone and 100000 tons of monochloromethane of silicone and fluorosilicone companies attracted much attention were successfully tested in one time. At the same time, the synchronous commissioning of 100000 tons of methane chloride and 12000 tons of tetrachloroethylene of fluorosilicone company was also successful. Group leaders Zhang Jianhong and Wang Weidong led the group office meeting personnel and the group department heads to the project commissioning site to witness this historical moment together with the project builders of silicone company and fluorosilicone company.


The 300000 ton silicone monomer project has attracted much attention from all walks of life and the industry. It is the largest construction scale and the largest one-time raised investment project in Dongyue history. After 18 months of hard construction, the trial production was carried out on December 31, 2021. After one month of careful debugging, all monomer process routes were successfully opened at one time on New Year's Eve to produce silicone products. The fluorosilicone company, which provided monochloromethane for the new silicone project, also successfully tested 100000 tons of methane chloride on the same day.

Today, it officially delivered monochloromethane to the silicone company, providing sufficient raw material guarantee for the efficient operation of 300000 tons of silicone monomer. The new methane chloride project plays a strategic role in extending, supplementing and strengthening the chain in the whole industrial chain of the group, and also has important strategic significance for the future development of the group.
