In the past two years, the monomer devices of some large foreign factories have been in a state of contraction, because these devices have been running for more than ten or twenty years, and then they can replace new devices, which is not cost-effective, The cost may not be able to do better than that in China, but they do more end products with high added value, so they tend to shrink the capacity of the basic end, which is a more reasonable choice. From some industry data, China has changed from a silicone importer to a silicone exporter. From January to October this year, China's Silicone export increased by nearly 50% year-on-year, so this trend should continue in the future.










Does the company have any new plans for the application of upstream industrial silicon, downstream silicone and other silicon-based materials?






Industrial silicon module: the planned production capacity of the company's industrial silicon has reached more than 300000 tons. On the one hand, it meets the self-use supporting facilities, on the other hand, it provides polysilicon, silicone and other downstream fields.






Silicone module: the company plans to carry out technical transformation of the original 100000 ton silicone device in Jiangnan, Zhenjiang. After the completion of technical transformation, the scale of Zhenjiang Jiangnan silicone monomer will increase by 50000-100000 tons. In addition, our silicone downstream terminals also have corresponding capacity layout, such as Zhejiang Lide, which is mainly engaged in industrial rubber, Xin'an Tianyu, which is mainly engaged in high-temperature rubber products, and Hangzhou Chongyao, which is mainly engaged in modified silicone oil.






Module of special silicone: our Kaihua synthetic new material production project with an annual output of 300000 tons of special silicone is also in the process of vigorous promotion. The project is also considering some external cooperation to make the product categories, upstream and downstream of the industrial chain and product added value of this production base more competitive.
