In the short term, the industry is gradually entering the peak demand season, downstream consumption is increasing, inventory turning points are basically clear, and the single raw material side is rebounding strongly. There is a possibility of sustained "destocking+price increase" in the future. Monitoring data shows that as of March 10th, over 70 silicone rubber manufacturers have issued "price adjustment notices" with a price increase of 3-10%. This fluctuation in silicone rubber prices is closely related to recent fluctuations in the raw material side. Since the beginning of the year, the prices of photovoltaic modules have continued to rise, and some mainstream modules are in short supply. It is reported that component production increased by over 35% month on month in March, approaching 55GW, and is expected to remain at a high level from March to May. Due to the short-term increase in production scheduling and the expectation of rush to install in the first half of the year, prices of some distributed components have increased, and prices of auxiliary materials such as photovoltaic adhesive (silicone adhesive) have also risen, driving the industry's profit recovery.
